Ian has 23 years in merchant banking as an executive with TD Capital Group and Penfund Partners and prior to Perseis, managing the merchant banking operations of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS). He has developed more than $4.0 billion in private market investments. Ian serves on the boards of several companies both within and outside of the Perseis portfolio. Gerry has over 25 years of experience in private debt and equity investment management gained as a tax manager with Cavendish Investing, founding shareholder and CFO at Dynamic Capital Corporation (now Dundee Bancorp Inc.), CFO at Penfund Inc. and CFO at Borealis Capital. He serves as director of numerous public and private companies. Gerry has an Honours B. Sc. (Chemistry) from Concordia University and is a Chartered Accountant. | | |
