Vansco Electronics is Canada’s largest manufacturer and OEM supplier of electronic components for the global heavy equipment market. Since Perseis acquired control in 2004, Vansco has expanded through acquisitions in the U.S. and Europe. The company was sold to Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH) in April 2008.
